First off, not a tranny, but second, I don't know why the fuck they turned limbal rings into flashlights in DT in the first place. It's so fucking weird. They looked fine in EW, but for some reason they decided to make them glow in the dark in DT and there is no possible way to give yourself limbal rings that looks good in all lighting. Every time they change the eyes again, I go through the MSQ and i'm like "okay, it's not so bad" but then I'll have like a dark cutscene and my eye beams will just cleave through everything in sight
