Yamato is called "young master" (essentially Prince) but she is clearly a woman. Big Mom say she'sll be Pirate "King" rather than Queen. Imu rules the plant and can suck the life out of anyone it desires for any small reason. Who's to say Imu doesn't for the Elders and anyone else to it "-sei"?
