It isn't like that. The Science Council has concluded that skinship with the Commandant of the Gray Ravens improves M.I.N.D. stability and fixes a certain degree of deviation. Therefore mandatory skinships sessions are required to keep constructs in top shape. The proposal has been accepted by the Parliament.
