because that one isn't a dedicated combat robot, it's a roomba with tits that was nigger-rigged to be able to hold a gun straight (like 95% of the cast). Dedicated killbots tend to look more like you'd expect in-setting, only glowbots that might need to blend in get synthetic skin.
