There is a glass ceiling around the 6-7th race that I can not break through.
I tried to follow the guide, but my stats just are not there. Wit in particular is so badly lacking that I am thinking about dropping a stam support for a wit one.
And yeah I know my inspirations are bad, but all of my veterans are awful as parents.

That's what I should improve on, probably.
