LOL YES! Clash of egos here. They were trying to one up each other. Someone wanted to "win" and assert dominance. Jealousy and competition at play. Im getting passive aggressive vibes, but the vibes were def off. I think one of them had a moment of clarity tho and realized what was happening. Overall there was tension but it was unspoken and confusion
