Deload week because testing maxes in a couple days. Squats up to 4x2
@150 kg, Bench up to 4x2 @100, curls, triceps. Then I got bored and did some plyo-style stuff. 10x1 box jumps at 41 inches, 3x standing broad jump. Got 112 inches at my best.
