Ettore Tosi is an interesting example of this phenomenon since he's changed in a different way from many of the other guys posted here. When he first started out, Ettore was hairier and a little beefier than he is now. Lucas Kazan marketed him as a total dom top - "The Italian Stallion" and "The Blue-Eyed Sex Beast".
