Truthfully, you could skip 1 since YW2 basically recaps 1 in like 1-2 chapters before getting to the new stuff. Although 1 does have a different tone compared to both 2 and 3.
I'd personally just do YW2 and 3. You get some more cute designs that way. Although I guess to be fair, there are 3 yokai locked behind playing 1 first and using some camera feature on there to get some in YW2 (Komasan, Noko, buchinyan)
