If you max out on Guard Counter damage and have enough tankiness to trade some blows, you can get by with some relative ease
Problem is that there are a few night bosses that absolutely fuck over Guardian, Adel is the biggest example of it

It's over, it's finally over, I defeated Adel as Solo Guardian
I cant believe the Poison got Adel right when I was running away from one massive AoE

Not only Adel pretty much hard counters Guardian, but if you dont have good rolls on weapons you have pretty much near to 0 chances of winning, I only won because I got this halberd with poison cloud
And now, I rest
