Tbqhwy the USA should have invaded all of Latin America, at least all the Central American Bridge and annexed it when the population density was low, to outnumber shitskins and fully americanize it. Then follow with a similar plan in South America, or at least americanizing it. Bolivians won't exist other than in a shitty reserve and we'll all have good roads and infrastructure
