I could see Hancock's jealousy vanish the moment she sees Nami only has eyes for women, Usopp and children, and when she sees that Robin is all over Jimbei. Hancock may act like an overtly protective mother towards Luffy whenever Nami scolds her, but I could see them getting along otherwise. Like she'd probably get spouts of jealousy when Luffy praises Nami or Robin, but that's because of her fear that Luffy is attracted to them, not vice versa.
