Prompts can beat loras, within reasons. As per above, adding closed eyes to negative prompt and open eyes to positive prompt can help. I noticed this too, and that none of them were smiling. It takes a few to many gens to get what you want, and even then, sometimes it is just luck of the seed.
And I'm running 3060 12GBVram and 8x8gbs RAM and get 10 minute gens (for 5-10 seconds of generated video). VRAM has more to do with the actual gen speed, whereas ram is more about loading the different models and steps, unless a smarter person wants to correct me.
It taking 30 minutes is eyebrow raising, and yeah, when a gen takes 30 minutes, it can be painful to troubleshoot prompts and lora weights.
