Imma step in and teach you a thing or two about color theory, but first off tell us what you're actually painting. From the sounds of >>23399075 you're painting a sign, and if you really want to have it be as "Gundam" as possible stick to the traditional White+Tricolor Gundam color scheme. I feel like sticking to only 4 colors is a mistake however. You could instead go for Red/Blue/Yellow for the text with a white border around the letters, and then do a dark grey for the background so that the bright text pops off it better. Of the paints you have Brilliant Blue, Bright Red, Chrome Yellow, and Racing Whtie are your best bets, with German Grey being a good grey choice.

If you're thinking of painting a Gundam itself again it helps to know what MS we're working with here. You seemed fixated on Park Green, which I used in pic related along with TS-16 Yellow. When deciding your colorschemes for customs you want to think about four to five colors in particular
>Main 1 (This is the color that makes up the majority of your suit. For most gundams this is white)
>Main 2 (A color to use for heavy contrast in a predominant area like the chest. In RX-78-2 terms this is the Blue on the chest)
>Main 3 (A third color to create some more separation. For the RX-78-2 it's the Red)
>Detail Colors (You can tend to have 1-2 of these, and they make up areas where you want a small splash of color while not using anything you've already used. For the Gundam it's the Yellow bits),.
>Frame Color (This will almost always be some sort of Flat Grey, but things like Gunmetal, Flat Black, Gold, and so on can be used depending on the suit).

Look into different types of color palettes like Complimentary, Analogous, Warm/Cool Colors, Triadic, and so on. Almost every Mobile Suit color scheme can be broken down into one of those.
