I don't think thats an Eagle, probably a civllian pilot
However there should be a side mission that can spawn in after you complete the primary objective
An eagle crashes somewhere on the map and the Democracy Officer asks you to rescue the eagle pilot from the wreckage. Their seat ejects and flattens out like a stretcher and it takes two helldivers dragging the bed (each one hand) to the evac site
