Everyone in tech who interacts with Indians has a bad experience. Everyone. I have literally never met an exception to this rule.
Their culture is infuriating. You try to discuss requirements with them and they wave their arms and interrupt you and loudly proclaim, "ITS NO PROBLEM, NO PROBLEM, YES YES OF COURSE WE WILL DO THAT!"
...then they don't deliver.
You give them simple tasks, and if you check their work it is complete bullshit!
Recently, I had a case where some code was looking at a table, let's call it TableA. I explained that he needed to be looking at a view, ViewB, and that it had all the same columns, plus the extra ones needed for the problem we were solving.
This fucking morning changed the code to this:
select colA, colB from (select * from ViewB) where etc. etc.
What a fucking retard!
