I take it into account when I do wishlist gifting, but it's not something I would blacklist someone for. I myself also often request something after having been gifted - but I balance that by always gifting more than I receive.

I mean yah, the best etiquette is indeed to only take one game and instantly play it. Etc. But there are hundreds of profiles being posted here. I'm not gonna monitor them all for their etiquette. Especially when the manners of those calling out a specific individual often coincide with those of a toddler... At best. It's part of the reason why I'm against all of this anonymous yelling. If people want me to inspect a certain individual at their behest but in the same breath vehemently refuse to let me inspect them as well, then I'm not really interested in playing detective on their behalf. If I'm gonna watch one person with argus-eyes, I'm gonna watch all. And frankly, I don't have the time and will to do that lol. Even if that means some of my gifts ends up unplayed. I prefer that over being a StaSi officer.

And in general I find anonimity to be a worrysome thing. Privacy is great and all that but when people use anonimity as a tool to completely shit on others, dox them, etc... It really gets the worst out of people. And believe it or not, it does affect your irl mental state. The more one spends anonymously bashing others on the Internet, the more of a toxic mindset they develop in their day-to-day lives. I remember the shit I said on here and other websites when I was a teen & early-20s... It was not okay and it fucked me up.
