This is a made up first world problem. Almost/non-existent in African places with few/no whites and places where LGBT people are not paraded as a heavenly beings, like the middle east. Most likely also very uncommon in other poor areas around the world.
I also, in my "turd world country", have never seen one in person, only TV.
