The idea of Cartman being a nice bf is wrong at the core. Cartman is not meant to be nice, ever, that's not him and not the point of his character, "I can fix him" doesn't work with Cartman. He's supposed to be a toxic little goblin forever, one that will continue his antics even when he's in a relationship. The only character who could handle and cope with that behavior would be Kyle.
