We've talked about it before
The large lanscape shots are usually very nice because they go for this painted-like aesthetic with vibrant colors, but the individual character animation and the moment-to-moment scenes are usually pretty stiff and weak. There isnt anything super creative about it, neither with the composition or visual comedy outside of nana scenes. That being said the food animations scenes are generally very good, so atleast they put focus on that. It's a damn shame because it's the one thing that really holds this anime back from being a 10/10 for me. The rest of the show is so good that it deserves to have been animated by kyoani I'm talking s2 keion kyoani I'm talkin dissapearance of haruhi kyoani I'm talking Hibikie! Eupho kyoani bros
