no, i committed simple assault as a minor but that record is sealed and i served my sentence and learned a lot from it. and it was upon a man not a woman, i have struck a woman but she was asking for it, not metaphorically, literally "hit me... harder." the "harder" part bothers me to this day but i wasn't lifting weights at the time.
