Yeah with those specs you're way better off than me for genning locally and I still do just fine.
I recommend you get some extensions like
tag autocomplete, 4x-ultrasharp upscaler, and dynamic prompts (for wildcards).
Aside from that, find yourself some nice checkpoints to work with. You usually have to decide that on your own based on your own tastes (checkpoints is the base model style you use to generate your images). I typically use waiNSFW and prefectIllu for most anime stuff and NTRmix, schizoFurryPsy, novaFurry and hassakuXL for my furry gens.
