yes, this is objectively true. the mere existence of 18 U.S. Code § 1001 proves it. having said that, I'm not sure what the solution is to a nation/world filled with utterly demonic criminal actors EXCEPT a well-funded, well-trained super-gang to fight them. I hate it, but it's true. they are as double-sided as the Second Amendment, itself.
