Just reached Shadow of the Erdtree today. Lost 3+ million runes yesterday that I was saving up to level up to RL 168 fighting because I forgot to pick them up when I was died fighting to Placidusax. I'm RL 138, full STR, VGR, and END. No INT or FTH. Game has been very easy with Giant Crusher.
