Here is my recent haul:

Haven't tinkered with it a lot yet. Tried it out with a few cables and devices. I was prepared to get angry at my official Samsung 25W charger which was, according to this chink voltage tester, charging my 25W capable Samsung phone only at around 10~12W but then after meddling with some modes on the voltage meter it started to show the charging speed of around 20W which was closer to expected and acceptable value.
Turns out I initially misinterpreted what the ON/OFF button on the chink voltmeter does. It doesn't turn ON/OFF the voltmeter itself, but rather toggles some simulation modes. Apparently according to the listing this device is capable of deceiving the charger and allowing it to supply higher voltage than the device you are charging would request. I don't intend to test out this feature since I am not a big fan of potentially frying my equipment.
All in all, this is a neat little device. Has a nice LCD screen, several display modes, can draw wattage graphs, test cable charging capabilities and more. Bought it on a whim as a toy so I'm unlikely to spend a lot of time tinkering with it seriously.
