I disagree on library. A library with popout books (single page) like pic related strewn about would be really cool and not too demanding. Make the popouts some of your favorite moments in the series.
I have no idea what kinda activity length you're looking for. A random short ttrpg one shot based on one of the books? Countries and Capitals but for characters and factions?
