This. I got my car for $1. It's rusted to shit and has a 3 cylinder engine, but hey, if somebody crashes into it, and they do crash into it, it's no big deal and I just laugh it off and go on with my day. Same reason I'd never buy an expensive cell phone. It's too easy to get destroyed. $10 phone gets destroyed, laugh and go buy another. $1500 iPhone gets destroyed? Your entire month is ruined.
