I gotta ask, if you believe that you needed to tinfoil your bedroom walls to protect yourself, why wouldn't you have taken any precaution when it came to creating those file folders? You believe in microwave signals that will melt your brain but you don't believe that your Windows PC created by Bill Gates isn't watching you?
