I do use Ktisis. By the way, a lot of the posts you may think are mine, are not. This place is a complete shithole.

And yeah you only do one at a time, its not like Skyrim facesculpt, you have to adjust each bone node to where it needs to be.
A big tip is to use the games pre-made expression emotes first, then adjust from there! Then later you can start coming up with your own expressions from nothing.

Just think about things like... genuine happy smiles make the bottom eyelids go up!
