I really doubt they’re thinking that deeply about it—ie, considering whether or not the LoRAs were made using illegal content or not. If it gets me banned, it’s because they went “well that looks like bestiality, so ban him”. The question is more, do they care that much about stuff that looks like bestiality? They definitely care about stuff that looks like legit CP, but with bestiality, they might just go “eh, it’s just pixels, and all of the pixels look to be of age and consenting, so”.
On the off chance they do care about the source of the AI generation, though, these were made with a model that was trained on illustrated furry/bestiality stuff and is just smart enough to then translate that concept into a realistic look.
