Lmao you have to be trolling. These meme pixel crimes have been completely unenforceable for decades. They literally just took down a 2 million member website and didn't arrest even .02% of the members. There is no possible way you actually believe they weren't able to identify everyone if they were able to identify the websites operators. The reality is that actually enforcing cp crimes would collapse the entire justice system in a week so this law passing so they can identify and arrest more is highly suspect and likely has ulterior motives.
