Sampo getting "tall stoic male" treatment might not be too bad since it would be big difference compared to his current personality.
The issue with Sunday was that he already was pretty lame outside of memes, and they made him even lamer and more boring.
It's like taking an already pretty 'meh' character in terms of personality and you remove the last bit of their personality that they barely had in the first place. Leaving them with nothing.
