The way to escape, is one of two options.
Fight or flight.

1. Sell your XRP once you achieve your price targets (sell in stages), so you can gain self sufficiency.
Buy rural farmland.
Learn how to grow all of the vegetables, starches, and fruits you will need to live off of indefinitely.
Store your produce in a root cellar.
Lacto ferment (pickle), dehydrate, and can them.
Raise chickens for eggs and meat; cows for dairy and meat; and pigs for meat.
Make cheese and yogurts.
Become a good cook.
Learn how to sew and mend clothes.
Home repair and other important life skills.
Learn herbology and natural remedies.
Become friendly with your neighbors and trade/barter with them.
Own guns and regularly practice with them.
Don't be alone; have friends/family and neighbors nearby.

Now you no longer need to interact with the new monetary system to survive.
However, this only betters your odds.
The government can always just show up one day and Ruby Ridge you.
But it's still better to be in a position of strength; then to just lay down in the dirt and give up.

Obtain multiple citizenships from multiple countries.

Keep in mind that our rulers will want places to have fun and do what they want free from rules.
This strategy involves being ready to leave wherever you are at a moments notice, and knowing multiple languages.
