It is humanity's fault that we have a sin nature. It goes back to what Adam and Eve did in the Garden. What they did caused all of humanity to fall.
It can also be said that what they did represented all of humanity. As in, you and I in a way made the same mistake of disobeying God and putting our trust in the devil instead. It's exactly what you still see in most of the world today very sadly.
"But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved." (Ephesians 2:4-5, NIV)
