Plot Synapsis:
you were raised by your grandparent and grew up in the small town of Podunk, where absolutely nothing interesting ever happens… you decided to ditch town as soon as possible moving to a big city to live the exciting life… except… what you got was a tiny shitty apartment and a cubicle job that paid you just enough to survive… one day you get a call from a lawyer… your grandparents died… you almost dropped the phone… you are needed as they read the will… your boss refuses to give you the time off because its not directly related to you… it needs to a direct blood relation to get bereavement time… you flipped him the bird and walked out… you packed what little you owned and you left to return to your hometown… full of regret for not paying enough attention to the only people that ever mattered to you…

this is inspired by a webcomic i saw a year or so ago about this very subject, if i remember correctly the title was simply the hole, it was a fun read if this tickles your fancy you should try and find it.
