I started with Lobotomy Corporation and that's my ranking too, but I wouldn't have enjoyed Ruina as much as I did if I didn't play Lobotomy Corporation first.
If they were three completely unrelated games I'd probably rank them as Lobotomy Corporation > Library of Ruina > Limbus Company in terms of memorability.
