Spending that much on a skeb comm is just asking for trouble. You're not allowed to interact with skeb artists working on your comm without risk of getting into trouble if they snitch and if they deliver a shit comm you're fucked and have to eat shit. If you're willing to spend that much I would suggest looking for an artist that you can actually give instructions and feedback to.
