I feel like thi shas been an issue ever since 2.0 dropped. Being able to click on a button to be pointed towards the notable waypoints is nice but simultaneously it effectively reduces the scope of the map. A bit of a hyperbole but Beohr Waters is a pretty scary example of this. Despite the sheer size, there's actually very little to do. It's big for the sake of being big.
