Applejack would drive something akin to Trevor's truck and Rainbow Dash would drive a Ford Mustang because she wants to seem tough and edgy but she's not actually cool enough for a Dodge Demon
Pinkie Pie would obviously drive a clown car or an ice cream truck and Rarity would drive some posh uppity car like a Jaguar
Not sure what Twilight would drive, probably something basic like a sedan car
