I know about archer and I'll redownload and login and get him just in case (I assume it's only login and not catch up with the story, and of course I'll miss the spend 200 rolls and get his lightcone so he will be considerably weaker), it still only means that I can use sparkle in only one team (with a character I don't care) basically forever (and will never be buffed because the character will never rerun so will die soon as well) because no one will ever use the one feature sparkle has that wasn't powercrept and is generally useless.
