nikke dailies are actually way more annoying to do imo since they're spread across so many different menus with godawful load screens every time not even getting into needing to enter each ongoing event and do event points.
uma dailies are a single career mode run. thats like 20 minutes and takes way more time than any single nikke mission but at least you're playing the game for 20 minutes.
I don't even want to list out everything nikke has in dailies since it'll probably just make me fucking mad, but off the top of the head it's
>collect outpost before it gets full, then free wipeout
>buy from the shop, refresh it, buy again to progress weekly tasks
>enter outpost and collect dispatches, then send out more
>enter liberation elevator through a loadscreen, see what liberation missions are, do them, then come back through another loadscreen and complete them
>go into ark through load screen and clear interception, then tribe tower, then simulation overclock, then your daily arena hits, then if you hate yourself rookie arena
>go do the current event and spend all your widgets for it, then collect 100 points for the event dailies and click through event pass and the second ongoing pass because shift up have no idea how to monetize this shit besides endless shitty pass skins
>if there's ongoing coop or solo raids do your hits for those as well
>go and click through advising sessions too while you're at it
>oh and open the cash shop and accept your "fuck you" daily/weekly/monthly handout just so shift-up can force you to interact with it because analytics tell them it increases sales by a small percent as customers are primed to enter the shop daily
uma career runs are way longer than most gachas unless you're a shitter purposefully ending them early but nikke dailies are a pain in the ass too and significantly more tilting to play through since it's like 90% busywork and load screens and clicking through menus.
