Already said a lot of my thoughts on the wip, but damn, that intense look of concentration is just too cute. He's trying his best! It feels like every pixel of your art is so carefully placed. You managed to capture the messiness of the cake in such a precisely messy way, somehow. A very likely outcome of what would happen if he tried his hand at baking... still, he'd show off his work with pride, and no matter what it looks like there's not much I wouldn't do to have a taste of cake made with love by him. And the icing somehow managing to get on his face is the icing on the top (sorry, the phrase popped into my mind and I couldn't resist). I want to lick it off. Although he'd probably eat all the icing himself before I'd get the chance.
And it's a small thing, but I really like when his hair has coloured loose strands like this. It's super cute and really brings out the uniqueness of his hair.

Again, I've already said a lot of my thoughts, but once again goddamn that anatomy! I'm in awe at how you manage to bring out so much definition with cel shading, especially considering the light source coming from behind like this. The pose is comfy and relaxed and yet so very deliberate... I love that smug grin as he shows off his body with confidence while also knowing that he's making my imagination run wild. Made for pouncing on. The slightly messy hair is also such a good look. Lovely work with the background too - I mentioned the lighting already but the window makes for some really nice composition, with the soft light illuminating the dust particles adding to the feeling of intimacy.
