Here's Netanyahu in 1990 asking his Chabad-Rabbi for politial and spiritual guidance. His Rebbe says that many things have been already done to force the prophecy, but more has to be done with which Netanyahu replies "We're doing". The prophecy is about forcing the arrival of their messiah "Ben David" which only appears once "Edom" (the West) gets eradicated and its people erased.
