Ukraine has degraded huge amounts of detection equipment including critical missile detection. they have wiped out a huge portion of the Russian air force including irreplaceable awacs, bombers, and a fuckton of gear Russia does not know how to make anymore. much of it built by Ukraine in the first place. and now they're sustaining a casualty rate against not you they clearly can win.
