Watched a friend finish up chapter 4, and I'm convinced now that the end of the Prophecy is that all 3 of the Heroes must die, not just one of them or someone else. Ralsei comments on how your (the heroes) fate is sealed and it wouldn't make sense for him to be afraid if it wasn't him who would be directly affected.
