There's probably a disabled kid operating that thing from home. I remember seeing something like this in a classroom once. A robotic waiter type thing with three trays. Webcam/screen on the top was how he spoke to the teacher and other students. Why else go to the trouble of putting ghetto swagger clothing on it?
