most of the hentai checkpoints are trained on danbooru tags, which you can surf at https://danbooru.donmai.us/
so you can just find tags you like there and then slap them into common prompt boxes and it'll go just fine
alternatively, if you have images you already like, you can upload them to somewhere like https://huggingface.co/spaces/deepghs/wd14_tagging_online
and then use the tags it generates/slightly alter some to get your personal desired result
you can use online gens too if you don't wan't/can't gen locally for performance reasons, but depending on who/what you want to gen you might have to fight censorship

she's a cryo shielder with decent damage output and application, she's really valuable "right now" in that sense
with Escoffier's release she lost a lot of value outside of mav teams (if you went for Escoffier) and she'll probably lose more in the future now that they aren't afraid to powercreep old cryo supports
IMO she's worth it because she's pretty but I suppose that's subjective
