So far, not really (aside from SS -> FS.) Actually, the anime is slightly more risqué than the game because it showed Hanamaru Ran getting fucked by someone who wasn't the protagonist. That being said, the plot beats where the protagonist starts getting reversed raped haven't started yet so there's a lot of room for it to be more censored. I suspect the spoilered thing might start happening this episode but we'll see.
