You don't know what you're talking about by virtue of not being Slavic and not being in the loop. First of all, TCC is despised by literally everyone in Ukraine. They celebrate the conscription offices being bombed by Russian drones. Not because they support Russia, but because TCC drags random men out of cars and grabs them from the streets, stuffs them into minibuses (busification) and ships them off to war, to die on the frontlines with less than a week's worth of training. The TCC officers are violent and they are acting unconstitutionally.
Here is a website documenting their actions. As you can see, the people, often women, will fight with to save their men. The remaining men, that is, that haven't already been maimed or died in the war.

Just for context, since the war began 50 000 men have been DETAINED trying to cross the mountains, rivers, etc. The number of successful crossings in much, much higher.
