The vial system is not good for those who just started or F2P, forcing them to play with only what they get. Meanwhile, high spenders will be more likely to have optimal deck and crushing the ranked games, creating disparity. It's discouraging for some people who's already know what they want to play or have a favorite class and that might be the main reason why people are quitting or lose interest instead of keep playing it. I know it's good for long-term, but it's a bad first impression.

It's difficult to recommend the mobile app in its current state. Connectivity is a huge issue. I can't play more than two cards a turn because I'm fighting against connectivity errors on a stable WiFi at home. The game is also poorly optimized, it runs my phone hot at the lowest graphics settings. That coupled with so many of the daily rewards being tied to the MMO styled Shadowverse park makes it a frustrating experience just to play the little amount daily to grind for new packs.
